| The hotelier/landlord makes the following agreement by listing his house and a respective freely changeable number of rooms (contingents may be changed at any time, hotel listing is only visible with rooms being activated as available) in the Hotel Guide/Reservatin System of the Hotel-Agentur. | |
| 1. | The accomodation contract is exclusively made between the guest who makes a
particular booking via our system and the hotel/landlord if the hotel/landlord has listed
the room as available and bookable. The hotel/landlord bears full responsibility of guarantee for the reservation toward the guest. Our reservation system of the Hotel-Agentur is solely a mediator and forwards bookings immediately to the hotel/landlord by e-mail and fax. E-mails using the reservation system, and for information purposes on the part of the Hotel-Agentur, are always permitted. The overnight charges are paid directly to the hotel by the guest. |
| 2. | The listing in our reservation system is free of charge. For any booking made via our system, the Hotel-Agentur receives a commission from the hotel/landlord of 10% of the total amount of the booking. We charge all completed bookings monthly by fax, with payment beign due within 10 days. |
| 3. | The hotel/landlord fixes prices for their rooms with details about the
equipment/furnishing within the framework of their possibilities and makes these
available to our reservation system. The hotel/landlord bears the responsibility for data care online via the internet or else commits to sending any new capacities, changes in prices or stops by fax to the Hotel-Agentur immediately. |
| 4. | After the booking has been made, the hotel/landlord bears full responsibilities toward the guest in accodance with the accomodation laws. |
| 5. | Withdrawal/cancellations by the guest are free of charge if they occur at least 24 hours before arrival date. If the hotel/landlord wishes to have a different time frame for cancellations, these must be specifically stated and entered into the reservation system. |
| 6. | We are not making a firm contract, therefore the Hotel-Agentur may delete a listing, without having to provide reasons. Any reservations/bookings made by guests prior to this are not affected. Legal domicile and place of fulfillment is Hannover/Wennigsen. German law applies. |
| 7. | Already with the free of charge listing on www.hotel-agentur.de, the respective hotelier/landlord is responsible to properly fill in the information in the fields required. In the case of offences, such as unjustified links or entry of homepage addresses, phone or contact areas in fields not designed for that purpose, the hotelier/landlord accepts that the www.hotel-agentur.de will change the entry appropriately. He accepts that his listing will be processed as a convenience listing and he will be charged Euro 99,00. |
