By clicking on Quick search or on the displayed map, a detailed search form is displayed.

In the search form, the federal state is displayed - click on state or fill in the respective search criteria, city and zip code. You can also fill in any other information you may know, such as name of hotel, etc. Afterwards, simply click on the Button Show.

Hotels and boarding houses offering online booking are preferred in the listings. By clicking in the field show all hotels, you are given a listing of all hotels and accomodations in the city and area you indicated.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE ACCOMODATIONS

You have access to the information and entries made by the respective accomodations, such as address, information about rooms, prices, directions, etc. by clicking on the indicated information fields at the top (grey field).

ONLINE BOOKING INQUIRY

In the field General Information of Accomodations, you will find the field for availability of online booking in the lower area. Here you can quickly send an online booking or your reservation inquiry to the respective hotel. Please fill in your address and contact information, so that the selected accomodation firm can send an offer and your reservation confirmation to you.

RESERVATION INQUIRY FOR SEVERAL HOTELS

In the listing of the hotels, you will find for each listed hotel/boarding house a field on the right side after each hotel, where you can indicate several firms to whom you would like to send a general reservation inquiry at the same time (multiple inquiry).

1. Mark those firms to be included 2. the go to the Send in the upper or lower section of the page, 3. fill in the then following inquire form ( please complete all information, such as company, contact person/ name, address, phone, fax, e-mail address) and then bSend it.

CAMPAIGNS-SPECIALS-INQUIRY

Among those firms marked with you can find special offers for short trips, weekend and holiday specials. Here you can ask for an offer for the respective campaigns, and special offers directly ( Again, please complete all the information requested on the inquiry form, especially your address and contact information)

RESERVATION INQUIRIES FOR EXHIBITIONS/FAIRS AND EVENTS

This inquiry is being sent directly to our central office.

This inquiry is specifically for business travellers, companies and organizers.

We gladly help you with inquiries for exhibitions/fairs and events. During those periods our Exhibition and Hotel Agency service is available to you with many partners all over Germany. Your inquiry is processed manually and will be forwarded to other partners who may have contingents in the region needed. You will receive an offer from them directly either per mail or by fax.

It is absolutely necessary that we receive your contact information, such as company name, contact person, name, address, phone and fax number, so that an offer for your reservation inquiry can be sent to you
