General These general terms are valid for bookings via the Hotel-Agentur reservation system Bookings/reservations Alle Bookings are being forwarded by the Hotel-Agentur as a mediator on order by you to the respective Hotel. AQccomodation contract and payment The accomodation contract is made directly between you and the selected Hotel when you make your reservation. The price for the room which is confirmed to you by the Hotel-Agentur is paid by you directly at the Hotel. Any and all duties and responsibilities that are part of the accomodation contract are solely a matter between the person booking and the selected Hotel. Possibilities for reservations Die Reservations are kept by the Hotel until 18.00 hours local time. At 18.00 hours local time your reservation will be cancelled by the Hotel, you have no right to accomodation after 18.00 hours local time. If your arrival time is after 18:00 hours, the guest must inform the Hotel well ahead of time. If you do not honor your reservation, is is at the discretion of the Hotel to charge you and issue you a No-Show bill. Changes and cancellations All changes and cancellations must be made via the Hotel-Agentur online reservation system, or via our hotline phone +49 05723-98970. Room prices agreed upon by contract All prices shown are prices per day and are prices registered by the respective Hotel. The prices shown are valid for all reservations/bookings made via the Hotel-Agentur. Hotel-Information All Hotel information is given by the hotels. The common "stars" hotel classfication only provides a hint without obligation to the hotel standard according to how the hotel characterizes its own standard. Miscellaneous We cannt take responsibility for possible mistakes in the data entry and or data transfer. Utilization of data on other data storage media or the use for other purposes aside from those intended here is permissable only with express permission of the Hotel-Agentur German law applies. Legal domicile is Hamburg.
